What counts as a tracked user?
A tracked user is any unique end-user who sees at least one Signalpad update in a given calendar month. If they log into your product but the widget isn't triggered, they aren't counted.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free — no card required, no trial expiration. You can stay on Free indefinitely for up to 1,000 monthly tracked users.
What happens when I hit my user limit?
